All of our suites have a private dining area with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator; and the majestic Benton Suite offers a full kitchen. Policies Payments accepted: Visa, MasterCard , American Express, Check or Cash is excepted. Payment is required upon arrival. Minimum Stay Requirements: Two night minimum on the weekends. Check in time: Around 2:00 pm. Check out time: No later than 11:30 am. Smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all suites, however you are welcome to smoke outside on your deck. If the policy is broken, we will require a cleaning fee equal to a 1 night stay in that suite. Parking: 
Each Suite has off street parking for 1 vehicle. If you will be traveling with multiple vehicles, or Trailers, Please ask for details when your reservation is made. Visiting guest are welcome, however their is no extra parking for them.Cancellation Policy: We are a small privately-owned business and due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. for this reason we uphold a strict policy a 20.00 reservation fee will be charged if cancellation is made two weeks or more prior to reservation. this can be applied toward a future booking A reservation cancelled any time after the two weeks will result in a night's lodging fee. Cancellations made three days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount. Should you decide to leave a day or more before you're scheduled "check out date", you will still be responsible for the full number of nights you had reserved. Property Damage Policy: Any damage caused to the Benton Place property, including furniture and fixtures, above normal wear, will be charged to the credit card on the registration form. A replacement fee will be charged for any items missing from a guest room upon the date of check out including fixtures, towels, bedding, and decorative items. The Benton Place is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. |
